A partner and I have started a business publishing from our residences in Pa. How do we register our business?

We have no need for a physical business address but all of the state forms seem to need one. We are concerned about using a rented apartment and a parents’ physical address (where we work from) for liability reasons. (Neither will be used as tax deduction). The primary purpose of registering is to be able to open a small business bank account.

You do need a physical address from which you conduct business and to open a bank account. Also, obtain a business license from your city and pay estimated business tax for the year based on your estimated income.
Excellent luck on your new business!
You must have a physical address to go on with your business. Get a license first for the registration, excellent luck
