I' supposed to go on the 15th and no appliances are in and will take 1-2 weeks they said to deliver. Should I be able to get a credit? Or can they even charge me? NO fridge, stove, micro, washer/dryer.

You can choose to not go in until the appliances are in and then pay your rent.
If you go in- you will be charged or using the space.
Your smart option is NOT go in if you are not pleased about the missing appliances.
Also, why question here? Question the landlord! Communicate your concern. Face the challenge here.
Most places dont supply microwaves or washers and dryers (they just provide the hook ups for them ( not really sure why you're expecting those unless you're paying out the butt for them).. but anyhow.. no you can t demand anything and it really surprises me that your landlord will let you go in with no refrigerator or stove in the house. You're taking possession of the house….. its the house you are renting NOT THE APPLIANCES.. yes they can charge you rent.
sounds like you are just looking for a free ride for a couple of weeks. you chose to go in. if you were the only applicant, you may be able to work with the landlord to get a discounted rate, as some money is probably better than nothing. from a landlord's prospective, they could keep looking, but it wouldn't be as smart as every day without a tenant whether they are paying full rent or not is money lost. if you really like the place, work with them but be firm. if you could easily go somewhere else, then you can be a small more demanding.
