Can the IRS put a levy on my business bank account?

The IRS place a levy on my bank account in August and the account was empty. I now have a business account trying to catch up but can they levy my account again? and my business account? How long till they try again ?

would doubt it! Only you can stop the levy, and that would be by you setting up an installment agreement or contacting IRS to let them know your financial situation.
So call IRS at 1-800-829-8374 to set up an installment agreement or to discuss your issue.

Most likely they can specially if you use your ss# as you business EIN. It also depends on what type of businessyou have DBA, Corp, or LLC. There’s no real time frame it depends on the next time they process it through and send it to your bank.
If your business is a corporation, meaning you filed articles of incorporation with the state. That business is a separate entity from you; therefore, if your levy is something to do with you as an individual, they are not able to levy the business bank account. If it is a sole proprietorship then yes. It depends on how your business is operating.
There is not much that the IRS cannot do. But it would seem unlikely that they would take from your business account.
