The Federal government does not give grants to individual citizens. The companies claiming they do and charging money to give you the info are thieves and should not be allowed to advertise on Yahoo!

Since 1973, the Federal government gives states grant money to pay college tuition and/or otherwise provide technology and training to help People With Disabilities become employed.
