Student Grants
I’m currently doing year 1 of my accounting degree, but I’m thinking about changing my course. If I apply at the same university, but do a different degree next year, will I still receive a student loan and a maintenance grant for the next year?
I am looking for any excellent scholarships or grant available to a student attending college in Texas.
I am now in my early twenties, and, due to many interferences, am going to start college. Are there any other ancient avid members out there that know of any grants, scholarships, or even maybe jobs offered through the avid program?
If you budget right is it at all possible to just use grants and financial aid from fafsa or do people have to take out these huge loans to afford college?
My parents refuse to send me to an art school, since they reckon it’s a waste for me. So, I’ve chose to send myself – but is it possible? And how? Can I really get that much money in loans?

Hi, I am considered an independent student on my 2008-2009 Fafsa which I filled out last week, I’m guessing this is because I will be turning 24 this June.
Will I still be able to recieve federal Grants and student loans?
What is effected, if I’m considered an independent student now?
