Do we need to have a registered business to open a business name banking account in Indian banks?

I want to open a business banking account with a business name(and not with my real name)

Banks in USA,UK allow you to open a business name account even if you don’t have a business registered with that name.

But when I questioned in SBI here, they are asking for the business registration documents.

I need this bank account for withdrawing funds from my Paypal business account which has a fictitious business name…and we can’t withdraw funds from this account to a personal name banking account since both the names need to match.

Is there a solution to this problem?
