Help with business banking info?
I’m 16 & Iv’e registered as self-employed with HMRC. I’m struggling with getting a business banking account setup. All of the accounts I’ve looked at the holder has to be at least 18 years ancient. I already have a personal current account which if possible would be ideal to have as a business account. As the services it offers suit my needs perfectly. Is it possible to use the account I have for both personal & business? If so do I merely file my personal & business finances seperately so that the tax is taken from only business finance & not my personal?
Thanks

It would not be excellent to mingle personal & business funds in one account. If you cannot get a business account, open a second personal one to keep everything separate.
Excellent luck.
