how to find real no b.s. investors?

I’ve a fantastic business thought to micro finance in a carribean country. With expenses being pennys on the dollar, and profits expected to be fantastic. Being a native of that Island, and having family and friends with a finger in much of what goes on the island,gives me many advantages that another person(s), might not have attempting similar ventures. My credit is not excellent enough to attain a traditional loan, and am in need of some one else who is willing to provide the financial part. I’ve done alot of the foot work, and will do most if not all of the set up and all it intails…, but if the investor wishes, he or she is ofcourse welcome to work along side. I would preffer the latter so we can get to know each other. This being said, I have nothing against working alone. Please give imput.
