I need to setup an offshore business bank account for my Delaware-based company. Any thoughts as to the best company/bank to go through. Ideally, I’d prefer an account in the states or in Delaware, and for it to be cheap or free.

Firstly, you cant have an offshore account in Delaware if you are really in Delaware (as far as I can tell, the bonus if an offshore account is that it is hidden a bit from the authorities and you pay less tax on it, and also if you travel to a country often an account in that country makes currency exchange cheaper)
If you have a company allready, have a chat to your accountant as which way is the best thing to do and best bank. Its in their interest to help you since if you go bust then they loose business – so talk to them.
