Interest rates for secured term loan?

For a business project, I need to find out the minimum interest for a 2 year secured term loan of 0,000 from Wachovia. When I called the bank, it was closed. The bank is closed for the weekend and my project is due Monday morning. I just need to know the interest rate or a relative approximation to the nearest tenth of a percent.
