Are bill consolidation loans different from debt consolidation? I am confused in this two concepts. Want to know more about it and get my medical bills, or credit card bills consolidated asap. actual lenders for terrible credit, with a fixed address, working phone, track record. Not a credit counselor, or someone that will negoiate the bills, someone who really makes bill consolidation loans, and will not question for an upfront fee violating the telemarketers sales rule?
