U.S. Mortgage-Bond Market May Revive, Executives Say (Update1)
Feb. 3 (Bloomberg) — The packaging of new U.S. home loans into securities lacking government-backed guarantees, a practice halted two years ago as the debt roiled financial markets, may start to revive this year, industry executives said at a conference this week.

I am not putting any down payment on a home and am getting it fully financed. The broker quoted me 6.25% on it. Is this a decent rate?
