Expecting first baby, marriage/finance help?

Okay, its a long story. but I really need someone elses thoughts on my situation.

I’ve been with my boyfriend six years, off and on. I’m about to turn 20 and hes 22, we’re expecting our first baby boy in January. At the time that we decided to have a child things were going good for us, We had our own house, jobs, cars etc. Well when I found out I was pregnant I had this idea to move back home to let my family be with me for my child’s birth. My father never really has liked my boyfriend, but when I told him I was pregnant he seemed extremely happy. Now my dad is trying to tell me that we should get married and putting all this pressure on me and my boyfriend. I don’t want to ASK my boyfriend to marry me, we’ve talked about it before and he wants to wait till he has money to do it.. I’m not sure if its just an excuse cause hes not ready or what.. but, We’re currently staying with my dad and neither of us can find jobs, we’ve even tried Mcdonalds.. I was planning on giving our baby my boyfriend’s last name and my dad is giving me hell saying not to..
I trust my boyfriend and I know he isn’t going to try to take my baby, I’m happy not being married, if my boyfriend isn’t ready then he’ll ask when he is.. But my question basically is. Is there anything my dad can do? I know I’m considered an adult, but I also knows laws are really messed up nowadays.. Also, are there any places that can help find jobs for future mother/fathers? Or a way to get money to help buy objects for the baby thats needed? I already have WIC.
I live in Mississippi, if that helps at all.

Its a little sticky. My sister’s fiancee (we’ll call him N)’s father died in 2006, his grandparents came in charge of all of N’s fathers assets. It was decided everything would be split between N and L, N’s only sister. N’s father had a few very nice collections of Beatles collectables and other antiques that were sold and split accordingly. N’s father also had a fairly nice home that was paid off and was to be sold and profits split also. The furniture and items inside were split between the siblings.
L asked if she could move into her father’s house instead of selling it. Instead of doing this L allowed an aquaintance to move into her home and rent it with an option to buy. N was supposed to get 1/2 of all rent until this happened. It never did, and L always had an excuse. N has come upon hard times due to the economy and really could use some money to stay afloat while he looks for a job. Also, my sister and N are planning on getting married next May and it could help with their very modest wedding costs.
N spoke with L this week about refinancing his father’s home so he could get his share. She agreed. It was later found out that she took the refinance money and paid off her home for which she is looking for another renter. More excuses have followed as to why the money was not used to pay off N.
My sister and N have been struggling and my family has taken them in when they had no home due to the struggling economy. My step father loaned them money which is supposed to be repaid by N’s portion of the house proceeds.
