My wife and I are struggling to keep up with our mortgage. Combined, we went from 73k to 56k a year and I have had a lot of health issues of late. We are both employed but our hours are being cut back.

We are currently 2 mths behind already had our rate reduced from 7.5 to 6.5 for 5 yrs but that only reduced payments by 100 dollars. Now my neighbor short sold his house for 55k. I owe 170 and he sells for 55k.

I am trying to live up to my end of the bargain but this is getting a bit ridiculous. Are there any options 4 me?
