Are you talking about the Pell grant? Usually the way that Federal grants work is that you get X amount for the whole year that is split between each quarter or semester. So say you get 4700 for the year and that is split between each semester so you only get 2350 per semester. All fees and book costs each semester comes out of that. Then you get the reminder back a few week after school starts.
you get it in a check to help with your books and other stuff. Use this money wisely!!
The $4700 will be for the year so thats $2350 per semester. And yes after your tuition is paid for the school will give you the rest.
Don,t want to bust your bubble / you need receipts showing your buy of books , paper , pens , uniforms , shoes , bus fare if needed or gas , computer or you,ll have to pay back there is no roll over. Sorry so take this course you have serious learn keep all receipts and do not spend the money on beer and pizza. A hair cut and nice wore drobe is included.
