where or how do you find info on a serial no off of a 2000′mobile/manuf.home w/out knowing the make/mdl?

Iam researching a piece of real estate that I am partners in purchasing rights.But I believe certain legal description info has been smudged and re-pressed.Iam 2500 m iles away and doing the transaction from afar with only faxed papers- runarounds and no live feed or recent dated images of the place.Now all paperwork signed-insurance buying there are 2 different counties listed amongst varios papers-the deed couldnt be found @one point the lender said-Iam just doing my own research-if u could give any advice-much appreciated-by the way the zip supposedly is 24054-incase u r wondering>

I would try the County Record keeper, if there is a lien on the home or anything they will know. Plus they keep track of all the buildings and homes in the county. I work with manufactured homes so I will try to get more info for you. The only hope that you may have is getting a lawyer to do a UCC search. With just the serial number it will be tough.
